Training Methodology

Our training is presented according to "Adult Learning" principles using an Accelerated Learning Model.  This means it is interactive, experiential and fun.  Handouts, video (behavior modeling), action planning, exercises of varied types, and skill practice are used.  Attention is placed on the transfer of training to the workplace and organizational needs.  Often pre-work consists of a profile or survey to become more knowledgeable about the audience as well as provide the information needed to accomplish the agreed upon outcomes.  Pre-training due diligence is a critical piece of our training process.
